Abstrakt
This article presents the use of aluminum conductors for the construction of electrical installations in vehicles. The article compares the mechanical and electrical parameters of aluminum and copper wires. The process of joining aluminum wires with connectors has been also presented. A comparison of the electrical installation based on copper and aluminum harness was made based on the analysis of the BMW 750i electric system.
