Abstrakt
Application of the data reconciliation algorithm in the thermal engineering enable to increase reliability and uncertainty of measurement data. An uncertainty of measurements after data reconciliation is always less than the uncertainty before the data reconciliation. One of the condition of the data reconciliation algorithm application is the surplus of measurements information of the process, exceed the minimum value enable to unambiguously calculate unmeasured values. The value of reduce of the uncertainty of selected measurements or of reduce of complex uncertainty of an indirect measurements depend on the number and location of a surplus measurements in the considered thermal process. Methodology of the selection of the optimal surplus of measurements in the measurements system for calculation of thermal capacity of the steam boiler using data reconciliation algorithm and stochastic programming has been presented. Coefficient of variation - relative uncertainty of the thermal capacity of the steam boiler has been assumed as an objective function in the optimization calculations, which is minimized. The exemplary calculations concerning a fluidized-bed steam boiler of the 153 MW power unit have been carried out. The final conclusions have been formulated.
