Abstrakt
Following alignment methods for periodic signals are presented and compared in the article: normalized integrals method, cooelation method, matched filtering method and the Fourier Shifts method. The idea of relative shifts averaging was used for chosen methods and thus improved visibly their precision. Analysis included simulated ECG signal with mains (50Hz) noise, high frequency noise, Gaussian noise and low frequency noise.
