Abstrakt

Liquid fuels play an important role in world energy production. Limited natural energy resources and increasing prices of petroleum cause biofuels becoming more and more popular. In the paper, the properties of biofuels such as rapeseed and fuel oil have been compared. The authors present also the results of the experimental study on droplet ignition of a biofuel composed of the mixture of rapeseed and fuel oil.
