Weryfikacja pomiarowa podatności wzmacniaczy operacyjnych na zaburzenia radioelektryczne

In the paper the experimental verification of susceptibility to EMI of chosen operational amplifiers is presented. The op-amp measurements have been performed in a test set being the differential amplifier. Applied measurement test set allows convenient examination of output DC drift in the presence of EMI by simulating a close to real-life situation in which RF signals are introduced simultaneously to both inputs of op-amp. A qualitative agreement between measurements and a simple mathematical model describing the DC offset drift of operational amplifier as a function of RF interference amplitude has been verified.
