W kierunku wspólnego rynku energii elektrycznej w Unii Europejskiej

In the near future the possibility of import of the electricity can become one of the key factors determining the security of supply for Polish final customers. A free development of the electricity trade on the European Union level requires adjusting national markets working according to different rules to the common rules of cross-border exchange. The paper presents the proposal of including cross-border exchange rules in the designed for Polish power system market model based on Locational Marginal Prices.
