Abstrakt

Authors present proposition of finger vein biometric system. A new approach is applying Hough transform for feature extraction. In the first part of the paper description of various image acquisition techniques are presented. In second part the proposed method are given - image preprocessing, extraction of patterns, skeletonization and transformation to Hough space. In the last part authors present results of conducted experiments.
