The intelligent process of initiating new product in aspect problems of management

The author is presenting problem of implementing the product in manufacturing company. At work an innovative approach was analysed for the problem of organization and cooperation with cooperators, streamlining being aimed system of cooperation, the improvement in work output and qualities of products. Implementation of a new product starts with an idea and includes start on production new element of machine and continues throughout all production cycles for its completion. If requested by the designer, suppliers should when you start production of a new product to take into account cooperation with suppliers. Teams for implementation new products will determine degree sensitivity part in the production cycle. The degree sensitivity will depend on the level employee involvement in the development cooperation with suppliers in advanced product quality plan and launch subprocesses and manufacturing execution. The involvement all parties will improve the efficiency and quality of product realization process.
