Systemy automatyki częstotliwościowego odciążania i bilansowania mocy czynnej obszarów sieciowych

The paper presents selected aspects of operating of frequency load shedding and balancing of active power automatics systems for network areas with different load shedding network coefficients. The basic functional parameters of these systems were formulated depending on the resulting power deficit. Moreover some principles of creating and implementing of these systems using Wide Area Measurements techniques and decision-making systems were formulated. The proposed automatics system is dedicated for network systems of high complexity both in their functional and configuration problems such as the ones networks with distributed generation sources.
