Abstrakt

Water supply network is one of the most important elements of the chain, which provides water supply to the public, and its cost is about 80% of the total cost of the water supply system. Therefore, companies managing these systems must constantly work on their maintenance and development. However, because the goal of such enterprises is to meet social expectations, these expectations must also be taken into account when making technical decisions. The article presents the attempt to take into account social expectations in the decision making process regarding the scope of modernization works of the water supply network.
