Safety document for excavations used for tourism and recreation in the aspect of the new geological and mining law-theory and practice

Underground tourist routes are an important element of natural or cultural heritage. The primary document applicable to mining is the Law of June 9, 2011. Geological and Mining Law. The article presents the concept of a "safety document" in the aspect of the pending amendments to the Geological and Mining Law. Through these actions, Entities using or planning to use mine workings for tourism and recreation purposes were given guidelines and instructions on the correct construction, taking into account all the necessary elements, for the development of a comprehensive safety document for underground workings used for tourism and recreation purposes.
