Abstrakt
In the paper a method for determining the commutation time of PM BLDC motors was presented. The proposed method takes into account first and foremost variable phase electromotive force and, additionally, a non-zero winding resistance, a non-zero diode voltage drop and an exponential waveform of phase current during commutation.
