Abstrakt
The paper deals the analysis of the research needs of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in the field of preliminary testing (cognitive research of emission levels and selected immunity tests) of a new product launching to the EU market. The purposefulness of preliminary EMC testing were analyzed from the point of view of cost optimization and time to launch a new product to the market, which was supported by the results of the author's own experience.
