Abstrakt

The aim of this paper is to show practical application of programmable pump flow correction applied to neutralization pilot plant. Flow is dependent on liquid level in a tank hence maximum vale of flow changes also. There is need to set working range of pump which is valid for each level in supplying tank. Online correction for each working point is also necessary to make flow dosing more precise and reliable. For this purpose linear and nonlinear approximation was applied. In both cases good and comparable results were obtained, hence linear approach would be preferable.
