Próbkowanie i kwantowanie w procesie pomiaru

The paper describes basic terms connected with analog-to-digital conversion considered from measurement point of view. On the basis of a quantization process analysis, a mathematical model of a measurement result, contained measurement errors described in probabilistic categories, has been presented. Histograms of basic errors of the process of sampling and quantization have been determined using Monte Carlo method. Application of the error model to uncertainty determination of one measurement result has been shown.
