Pomiar współczynnika strat dielektrycznych metoda dwóch woltomierzy

The paper presents the possibility of using the so-called two voltmeter methods for measuring the dielectric loss factor. The method was proposed many years ago, but the measuring technique of that time made it practically impossible to build a circuit for practical use. The use of modern measurement tools, including digital processing of measurement signals, made it possible to build and test a virtual measuring instrument implementing the discussed method.
