Abstrakt
The numerical model of thermal processes proceeding in 3D micro-domains subjected to the laser pulse is discussed. The temperature distribution is described by the dual-phase lag equation supplemented by appropriate boundary and initial conditions. The laser heating is taken into account as the internal heat source in the dual-phase lag equation. The problem is solved using the explicit scheme of the finite difference method. On account of the high laser power the solid-liquid and liquid-vapor transformations are modeled and the basic finite difference method is supplemented by the numerical procedures simulating the phase changes. The results of computations are also presented.
