Abstrakt

In the paper modeling and numerical analysis of mechanical parameters of honeycomb structures is presented for application in sandwich structures. Parametrical model of honeycomb structures was built and next numerical simulation for different configuration and cell size and different boundary conditions were performed. Next, the honeycomb structure was used as the core of a sandwich structure. Finally, you can compare results for various configurations of cells and layers in a sandwich structures.
