Abstrakt
Nowadays, processes of novelty in architecture progress fast. Even if the world stopped turning after the fall of 2008, more than any other art form, architecture is linked to prosperity, innovation, to respect for design quality. As architecture is a costly thing it is made for the order of a given client. Thus the role of a client and an investor is of great importance. Therefore architecture must satisfy their requirements and utilitarian and aesthetic expectations. Architecture, like art – could be divided into two simplified groups: the “great” architecture and the “casual” architecture. Usually we do not take casual buildings into consideration. They serve to make housing, working, commercial places and others. Currently the works of great architecture mean nothing if not varied and inventive. Even buildings that appear to rectilinear are full of details and elements that have not existed before. The society accepts the situation, especially when the architecture concerned is perceived as a part of the city landscape. The problem increases while talking about feelings of people who use interiors of the new architectural spaces. There are forms that assume various functions, same of them created to alarm or to make people afraid. Today, the architectural elements often follow towards abstraction, and our old friendly forms like “a window”, “a door”, “stairs” should be explained into the new language of architectural form. There follows an explanation to the users that provides information concerning the intended use of the architectural space of the building.
