Internal sources of risk in building employees' attitudes of safe work in metallurgical enterprise

The aim of the article is the identifi cation of the internal sources of risk in the process of improving the system of safety and work hygiene management. After conduction of the analysis the conclusion is that the signifi cant source of risk in the process of improvement of safety and work hygiene management is the human factor and, in particular, the lack of employees' awareness concerning the importance of their attitudes in the improvement of the system.
