Abstrakt
(iScience 26, 107596; September 15, 2023) In the originally published version of this article, the figure legend of Figure 1P stated that the volcano plot is representative of differentially expressed genes of untrained versus trained HSPCs with an FDR < 0.1 and a log-fold change of <−1.5 or >1.5. In fact, the figure shows all differentially expressed genes with no FDR cut off. The gene ontology analysis in Figure 1Q is based on the genes shown in Figure 1P. Furthermore, the x axis for Figure 1P is log2 FC, whereas the x axis for Figure 1Q (gene ontology) is plotted as −log(FDR). In the original figure, the “−” symbol in front of “log” was missing. Both Figure 1 and the figure legend have now been updated to correct these oversights. The authors declare that these changes do not change the conclusions of the article and apologize for any inconvenience caused to the reader.[Figure
