Abstrakt
The aim of this chapter is to indicate any potential areas of cooperation between universities and family businesses – mainly in terms of educational offerings for future successors in the field of the unique nature of running a family business under the new market requirement conditions. According to the author, a program for the education of successors regarding the new market requirement conditions should be based on the experience and knowledge of experts practitioners in the form of workshops that use the latest case studies and supported by methods such as simulations of real situations and training films while using multimedia technologies. The greatest challenge that universities must face is to adapt their educational offerings that are addressed toward Millennials in such a way that takes approaches for using educational innovations into account to improve future learning and to thoroughly review teaching methods.
