The activities carried out were aimed at gaining knowledge on the modelling of practices and tools for developing the competence of support staff used by universities, including universities with a high international reputation in the international arena. For this purpose, the Higher School of Business – National Louis University based in Nowy Sacz was invited to cooperate. The university operates on the basis of the Cloud Academy™ management system. University authorities and the Institute for Research and Commercialization of National Louis University Ltd. participated in the data analysis. Creation of a comprehensive questionnaire for benchmarking universities has involved considering various aspects of their performance, goals, and challenges. Comparative analysis benchmarking recommendations had provided solutions based on identified good practices, rated highest by experts, which has allowed to create the indicators for measurement of competencies of transfer office staff for their further development.
