Abstrakt

Exposure time dependencies of dark current in CCD were presented in the article. The professional modern CCD camera SBIG STL 11000M was examined. Results proved inefficiently of widely used dark frame subtraction method which doesn't provide for processes of dark current generation in pixel cell. Dark current generation theory for single pixel was also presented.
