N2 - Present state and near future perspective of e-learning development in Poland, in the Silesian University of Technology will be presented. Redesign of a course from traditional to blended model will be discussed, in general and in details for basic engineering course, namely Circuit Theory course. Both, the learning context and assessment program are considered. The AFT (American Federation of Teachers) guidelines for good practice were used as a criterion reference for assessment and analysis of the e-learning development program.
