Abstrakt

This paper presents an analysis of possibility of use of technical and organizational solutions that improve local energy security and reliability of customer supply, including those related to the creation of mini energy centers (energy clusters). Existing solutions are presented and prospects for the next deployment in the area of local energy, with the example of the Silesian communes.
