Abstrakt
The article presents research related to the development of a prototype of an induction generator with a wide range of changes in the frequency of the inductor current (30-300 kHz) and a prototype of a universal multi-purpose modular induction hardening furnace. The aim of the prototype was to be able to obtain a wide range of hardened layer depths on a single device. For this purpose, research was carried out and hardening technologies were developed, the results of which are presented in the article.
