Abstrakt

The research on the efficiency assessment of population balance equations (PBE) solving methods in Mathcad 2001 Professional software has been presented in the paper. Numerical simulations for four different theoretical examples were made using the quadrature method of moments (QMOM) and direct quadrature method of moments (DQMOM).
