Abstrakt

In the paper, there is presented the analysis of disturbance waveforms of a synchronous generator operating in a single-machine power system consisting of a generating unit connected by a high-voltage power line to a bus. There are considered disturbances in the form of symmetrical and asymmetrical short-circuits in different places of the transmission line. The current-voltage equations of the power line and the bus are written for phase components, which allows for easy modeling of various asymmetries.
