Abstract
Simulation forecasts for secondary coal enrichment in two product mixers and two water cyclones in one technological system (without intermediate product grinding) were presented. This type of enrichment was selected for analysis because the shape of their separation curves differs from the ideal shape, and the secondary enrichment improves the separation accuracy. Secondary enrichment of intermediate concentrates in jigs and water cyclones results in an increase in the production value of concentrates at a given good quality. To quantify the suitability of secondary enrichment, appropriate analyzes were carried out for a reference system with one jig and one cyclone without secondary enrichment.
