Abstract

Contemporary operating control systems of the power units require information from the mathematical models of the energy machines and devices. A power unit is a complex system. The construction of the mathematical model based on the relations results from the physical laws only causes lengthen of the computation process. In order to shorten the time of calculations theoretical-empirical models are applied. Fundamental significance in construction of the mathematical model of the steam-water cycle for the operating control needs has accuracy of the determination the steam expansion line in a turbine. The paper presents a method of determination the steam expansion line in the 370MW condensing turbine. Statistical evaluation of the quality of the obtained model is performed. Exemplary calculation results are presented.
