Abstract
The article presents the work on software that was created in the LabVIEW programming environment for the Keithley 2614B SMU (Source Measurement Unit). The device and software will be used to determine the current-voltage characteristics of OFET (Organic Field-Effect Transistor). The software enables device configuration, acquisition, visualization, and archiving of measurement data.
