Abstract
The article presents a prototype measurement system intended for testing non-linearities of inductive voltage dividers and samplers used in digital impedance bridges. The system is based on switched capacitors (UTCOMP) consisting of selected SMD capacitors with NP0 dielectric and high-class microwave relays. UTCOMP was designed using a 3D modeling program, and the mechanical parts of the prototype were made using numerically controlled machines (CNC) and 3D printing technology.
