Abstract
A two-level structure of a linear velocity stabilization system of a direct current converter drive under a shock load torque is discussed. Formulas for determining points of both levels controllers are derived minimizing the integral of velocity error in the absence of an offset. The formulas are derived from the point of view of utilizing the allowable speed of current changes. The effect of essential disturbances has been analyzed. The results achieved, illustrated by an example, point to a possibility of obtaining better values of the control performance index than those achieved up to now.
