Abstract
The paper presents a survey of problems associated with the controllability of dynamical systems. It was prepared on the basis of recent publications. The controllability conditions for continuous as well as discrete linear systems, nonlinear systems and system with delays are given. Relationships among controllability, observability, stabilizability and minimal-energy control are discussed.
