Abstract
The controllability of linear time-varying systems with distributed delay is studied. The relative controllability matrix for these systems is defined and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the relative controllability of systems considered are derived. The problem of minimum energy control is considered. Using the relative controllability matrix, an explicit analytic formula for the control is also given. The minimum value of the control energy is determined.
