Abstract

In this paper, the results of calculations of specific absorption rate inside human head using hybrid method of moments - finite difference time-domain method are presented. The analysis has been performed for frequency of 900 MHz using a heterogenous model of human head and three models of phone equipped with monopole, helical or PIFA antenna. Two positions of mobile phone has been considered. The results are related to ICNIRP guidelines and IEEE standards.
