Abstract
The stochastic relative e-controllebility of continuous non-stationary linear stochastic dynamical systems with delays is considered. Using a etochaat-ic Liepunov-hke approach, the sufficient conditions for stochastic relative e-controllebility for systems with lumped and distributed delays are formulated.
