Abstract

Knowledge about decision-making factors in mode choice is important during the transport processes designing. The traffic distribution modeling should be follow with agreement of sustainable development principles. The article describes the modal split of traffic model. Changes of function of utility was also proposed. Changes in the model are results of changes in the approach to the problem of transport in cities in directions to sustainable development.
