Abstract

Relative controllability of linear non-stationary dynamic systems with a time-varying delay in control has been defined. Necessary and sufficient conditions of the controllability of such systems have been formulated, taking advantage of the previously defined relative controllability matrix. Simplified necessary and sufficient conditions of relative controllability have been established for particular cases.
