Selected problems of working time management in a laboratory facility were presented using the research and anal. cycle as an example. Employee and methodological problems of research, organization of workstations and management of the quality system (QMS) of the laboratory facility were taken into account. A layout of structure (typology) of working time management factors in the research and anal. cycle of a laboratory facility was developed, which has universal and utilitarian values, by which it can be used to improve the guidelines of working time management principles in laboratory facilities, both university and industrial. Reference was made to the importance of time in the functioning of a laboratory facility.
