Abstract

Precision active arm bridge with two channel voltage source is being developed to improve high resistance measurements and scaling from ± 100 M± Ω to ± 100 T±Ω. Preliminary tests of the bridge have been made. The tests confirmed accuracy and stability of a new two-channel voltage source designed to be used in the bridge.
