Abstract
This paper presents the idea and implementation of parallel quasi-balanced circuits allowing simultaneous measurement of two components of impedance as well as measurement of real capacitors dielectric loss factor and real coils quality factor. The advantage of the parallel circuits is the ability to measure both components at the same time and the maximum convergence. An example of the implementation of the parallel circuit in the LabView environment has been presented.
