Abstract
Application of reliability theory allows an evaluation of technical and technological operation of all technical systems including water provision systems. Many other industrial branches like transport or energetics expanded the analysis on existing systems by including costs factors. Authors of this paper propose to implement this approach and develop new model of combined reliability and economic theory dedicated for water systems. Proposed model would include determination of reliability factor and economical part would be represented by Life Cycle Costing which allows to establish all incoming and outgoing of cash for each element and structure. In this paper, basing on real exploitation data (collected 2005-2012) authors presented an innovation approach of application of reliability and Life Cycle Cost theories.
