Opłaty przesyłowe wȩzłowe. Czy nadszedł już czas wdrożenia w Polsce?

Transmission tariff, in addition to the income function, should also fulfill the information function for the network owner and the incentive function to its users. These three functions can be fulfilled by a properly constructed nodal tariff. The paper presents some regulations contained in European and Polish documents, that concern the possibility of introducing such a solution. In addition, the possible solutions of nodal rates, as well as the experience of other countries in their application, together with some simplifications of a classical methods, are presented. At the end the Polish experiences with the introduction of nodal rates in the transmission network in the 90-ies of XX century are reminded.
