Abstract

For the estimation of the reliability of supply customers connected to the medium-voltage network the fault-time characteristics was assumed. Characteristic was developed on the basis of statistics of outages for the selected region of the medium-voltage network. The paper also examined the legal aspect of reliability and resulting from the settlement between the power company and the recipient. The special attention was made to a change in standards of reliability.
