Abstract
This article presents issues connected with measurements of material physical parameters changes. It presents theoretical foundations of magneto-inductive (eddy-current) detection in a new area of testing the structure and fatigue degradation of ferromagnetic steel elements. The article presents operational test results of material electric and magnetic parameters changes. High measuring resolution in identification of metal elements condition has been shown by analysis of electric and magnetic parameters as a function of frequency. It also presents low-cost practical solutions using LCR measuring bridges and LDC1000 measuring module.
