Abstract
The problem of the modelling of systems within the framework of the optimal production technique (OPT) is dealt with in this paper. A new concept of a production system synthesis is given. The method is based on choosing the production order for execution in the given system. The class of the elementary system of cyclic processes is defined and the theorems assuring steady state behaviour of the system are given. The dispatching rule allocation for conflicts solution according to the exclusion-like protocol is discussed. An efficiency analysis is introduced and further research areas are indicated.
