Abstract
The paper describes the multi-load cascade of magnetically coupled coils designed for wireless electrical energy transfer. The multi-load cascade (Fig. 2) is a generalization of the resonant cascade of coils (Fig. 1 ) [2]. The matrix, relative model of the multi-load cascade was formulated to determine its properties. Applying the model, the design method of such cascades was proposed. The method was illustrated by an example and verified experimentally (18 flat coils with outer diameter of 22 cm, distribution distances of receivers of 8.8, 44.1, 79.4, 114.7 and 150 cm, operating frequency of 350 kHz, total output power of 12 W, efficiency of 81,4%).
