Abstract
The work is devoted to the problems of counters design. The realization condition of cascade-parallel structure has been presented. A method of synthesis which makes it posslble to design counters with cascade-parallel, cascade and parallel structures with application to edge-triggered and master slave synchronous flip-flops is presented.
